Sponsorship Packages

Aiming to highlight and effectively promote your brand, the AICME 2026 Organizing Committee offers your company the opportunity to participate as an Event Sponsor by acquiring one of the sponsorship packages, according to the categories presented below:

1.  Premium Package 

Limited to 4 sponsors.

Benefits:

- Promotion of the company's logo on accreditation kits, backdrop, and event’s digital materials;

- Insertion of gifts or institutional materials in the event's ecobag;

- Display of the company's logo on the side of the auditorium;

- Projection of a corporate video (up to 2 minutes) during coffee break intervals;

- Mention by the master of ceremonies at the official opening and closing of the congress;

- Participation in the official opening table of the congress and a 2-minute speech by the company representative;

- Company logo on the event website, with a link to the company’s website;

- One (1) exhibition stand on the second day of the event;

- Technical presentation (30 min) included in the main program.

2.  Master Package 

Limited to 4 sponsors.

Benefits:

- Promotion of the company's logo on accreditation kits, backdrop, and event’s digital materials;

- Insertion of gifts or institutional materials in the event's ecobag;

- Display of the company's logo on the side of the auditorium;

- Mention by the master of ceremonies at the official opening and closing of the congress;

- Company logo on the event website;

- Presentation (15 min) in a parallel technical or thematic session, previously scheduled by the event's organizing committee.

3. Support Package (Exclusive for Consulting Companies) 

Limited to 4 sponsors.

Benefits:

- Promotion of the company's logo in the event's digital materials;

- Mention by the master of ceremonies at the official opening and closing of the congress;

- Company logo on the event website;

- Presentation (10 min) in a parallel technical or thematic session, previously scheduled by the event's organizing committee.
