These Terms and Conditions apply to the AI Clothes Changer app (hereafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Samet Ak (hereafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. It is strongly advised that you read and understand these terms thoroughly before using the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Application or any part of it, including trademarks and copyrighted materials, is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are also prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time. Any such charges will be clearly communicated to users in advance.
The Application does not collect or process sensitive data such as face data or biometric information. The Service Provider uses Supabase as a backend service solely for:
User Authentication: To manage user accounts securely.
Data Storage: To store non-sensitive user-related data (e.g., preferences, usage statistics) in anonymized or aggregated formats.
The Application processes and stores personal data only as necessary for providing its services. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security features and result in malfunctioning of the Application.

The Service Provider is not responsible for any issues arising from these third-party services.
Certain features of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for any issues caused by a lack of internet access, limited data allowances, or additional charges incurred from mobile data usage or roaming.
By using the Application, you agree to accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, it is assumed you have obtained the necessary permission to use the Application.
The Service Provider is not liable for loss or damages caused by the Application not functioning due to user-related issues such as insufficient battery life or outdated operating systems. Users are responsible for ensuring their devices meet the requirements for running the Application and keeping it updated.
The Service Provider may update the Application to improve functionality, fix bugs, or comply with new requirements. You agree to download updates when offered.
The Service Provider reserves the right to discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination:
Your rights to use the Application will end.
You must cease using the Application and delete it from your device if required.
While the Service Provider endeavors to ensure the Application is accurate and up-to-date, reliance on the Application’s functionality is at your own risk. The Service Provider is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from errors or omissions within the Application.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Users are advised to review this page regularly. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on this page.
