AI ChatBud grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms. 

Use of the App 

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate AI ChatBud or any other person or entity.

• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App, or which, as determined by AI ChatBud, may harm AI ChatBud or users of the App or expose them to liability. 

Intellectual Property 

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by AI ChatBud or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

User Content 

The App may allow you to submit or share content, including prompts, questions, and feedback. You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content you submit or share through the App. 

Disclaimer of Warranties 

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI Cha Bud makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included in the App. 

Limitation of Liability 

AI ChatBud will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. 

Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify and hold AI ChatBud, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

Termination 

AI ChatBud may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.
