These Terms & Conditions apply to the AI AutoMobile macOS application (the “Application”) developed by Hamza Javed (the “Service Provider”) and provided as a free service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
By installing or using the Application, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Unauthorized actions are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:
Copying or modifying the Application or any part of it
Attempting to extract source code
Creating derivative versions of the Application
Translating the Application into other languages
Misusing trademarks or intellectual property
All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Application or introduce paid features at any time, with notice provided when applicable.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of your device
Keeping access to the Application safe
Ensuring your device is compatible and functional
Avoiding unauthorized modifications such as jailbreaking or rooting, which may compromise security and affect the Application’s performance
The Service Provider is not responsible for any malfunction resulting from unsupported device modifications.
Some features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
The Service Provider is not responsible for:
Limited functionality caused by poor or unavailable connectivity
Charges imposed by your mobile network provider
Roaming fees if used outside your home region
Usage on a device without the bill payer’s permission
You assume full responsibility for all applicable data and service charges.
While the Service Provider aims to keep the Application updated and reliable, they rely on third-party services for certain functionalities. Therefore:
Accuracy or completeness of information cannot be guaranteed
The Service Provider is not liable for direct or indirect loss resulting from use of the Application
The Application is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind
You acknowledge that maintaining your device's battery life is your responsibility; the Service Provider is not responsible if the Application becomes unavailable due to device issues.
The Application may be updated periodically to improve performance or comply with system requirements. You agree to:
Allow updates when provided
Install updates to continue using the Application
The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination:
Your rights to use the Application will end
You must stop using and delete the Application from your device
The Application is strictly intended for users 18 years of age or older.
By using the Application, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
If you are under 18, do not download or use the Application.
The Application uses the OpenAI API to deliver AI-generated responses.
However:
The Application is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by OpenAI or ChatGPT
“OpenAI” and “ChatGPT” are trademarks of their respective owners
The Application is an independent project that only uses OpenAI’s publicly available API
All responses generated through the Application are produced by the OpenAI API and may not always be accurate or appropriate. Use at your own discretion.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. You are encouraged to review this page regularly for changes.

Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
