These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NeuralNet Solutions’ mobile applications (“Apps”). By downloading, installing, or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.
By accessing or using the Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Apps.
NeuralNet Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Apps solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Apps without prior written authorization.
You further agree not to use the Apps for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code, or engaging in actions that interfere with or compromise the security, performance, or functionality of the Apps. NeuralNet Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Apps if these Terms are violated.
All content, features, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property made available through the Apps are owned by or licensed to NeuralNet Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms. Any use of our intellectual property requires prior written permission.
The Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. NeuralNet Solutions makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or performance of the Apps. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuralNet Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Apps. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Apps.
The Apps may contain links to or integrations with third-party services or platforms. NeuralNet Solutions does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.
NeuralNet Solutions may modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being made available within the Apps. Continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
