The Antarctic Institute of Canada Conference 2022 is the Third Annual Conference held by the Antarctic Institute of Canada (AIC). We used a virtual format and accept posters, video presentations, and papers surrounding this year's theme Timely Topics: Upward Strides and Landslides.
We are looking for academic research regarding contemporary societal issues/solutions and their relation to various fields of research. Appropriate submissions include:
Scientific progress, challenges, and anomalies in approaching social issues
Modern technological developments and their impact on society
Facing human rights-related problems
Research regarding advocacy, social change, and improvement
Historical and Political approaches to understanding our current age
Other research relevant to the Timely Topics in sciences, social sciences, and the humanities
The AIC Annual Conference is dedicated to supporting scholarly research and giving members of the international community opportunity to present and disseminate their work in a positive, welcoming environment. Research may be focused, inquisitive, critical, or defensive, but please ensure that presentations are respectful, academic, and well-researched.
After some technical problems, the conference was not hosted on Discord. Publication opportunities will be given through our YouTube channel and The 3rd Annual AIC Conference Anthology.
