Dori's Loaded Blonde Brownies
Allison's Gooey Oreo Bars
Ali's Energy Bites
Allison's Coffee Cake
Lisa's Smore's Bars
S’mores Bars
Ingredients:
1 cup butter, melted. 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup white sugar 3 cups miniature marshmallows
3 cups graham cracker crumbs (I used GF)
Note: I used 6 Hershey milk chocolate bars. Can also use regular size marshmallows just might not need as many.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and butter (or use cooking spray) a 9x13 inch baking pan. In a medium bowl, combine butter, sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until well coated. Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Top with the chocolate, then the marshmallows. Cook for 10 minutes w/o top graham cracker crust. Use a spatula sprayed with vegetable spray to smoosh down the marshmallows if needed. Then top with remaining graham cracker mixture sprinkling it evenly over the marshmallows. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until marshmallows have a golden color. Cool completely. I refrigerated before cutting into squares.
