Dr. Hsin-Te Wu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Taitung University and the Director of the International Affairs Center at the university. His work integrates AI-driven solutions to enhance healthcare services, improve behavioral analytics, and advance the development of trustworthy AI systems.
