We collect the photos and images that you voluntarily upload to the App in order to provide requested features, such as baby prediction, face analysis, face match, themed baby photo generation, and baby video generation. These photos may include images of adults, babies, or children.
2. Email Address
If you create an account, contact us, or request support, we may collect your email address.
3. Communications
We may collect information that you provide when you contact us for support, submit inquiries, or otherwise communicate with us.
4. User Inputs and Prompts
We may collect text prompts, style selections, and other content or preferences that you provide to generate requested outputs.
B. Information Collected Automatically
1. Device Information
We may collect technical information about the device you use to access the App, such as IP address, device identifier, operating system, app version, language, and network information.

III. PHOTO, IMAGE, AND FACE DATA POLICY
At AI Baby Generator, we prioritize your privacy and are committed to handling your photos with care and responsibility. This section provides a complete explanation of how we collect, use, store, and process face data in connection with our app features such as AI Baby Prediction, Face Match, Aging Simulation, and Face Analysis. These processes are essential to deliver the requested functionality and are never used for advertising, tracking, or model training.
A. What face data does the App collect?
The App collects photos and images voluntarily uploaded by users. These photos may include:
- Photos of adults, such as parents or partners
- Photos of babies or children
- Visible facial features such as eyes, nose, mouth, facial shape, skin tone, facial structure, and expressions
The App does not collect, create, or use any of the following:
- Biometric identifiers
- Facial recognition templates
- Faceprints
- Facial geometry maps
- Identity verification data
- Data used to uniquely identify a real person
The App does not perform facial recognition for identification, authentication, surveillance, or law enforcement purposes.
Any facial feature analysis performed in the App is used only to generate the requested output and not to identify the user.
B. How is face data used?
Face data is used solely to provide the features requested by the user. The planned uses of face data are described below:
1. Baby Prediction
When a user uploads two adult photos, the App uses those photos to generate an AI-predicted baby image.
Processing:
- The uploaded photos are securely transmitted to OpenAI for facial feature analysis and prompt creation.
- The resulting prompt is securely transmitted to Modelslab to generate the baby image.
- The final generated baby image is returned to the App for display to the user.
Use:
- To generate a predicted baby image based on the uploaded photos.
2. Face Analysis
When a user uploads a face photo, the App uses the photo to analyze visible facial traits.
Processing:
- The uploaded photo is securely transmitted to OpenAI.
- OpenAI analyzes visible features such as symmetry, general face shape, facial proportions, and expression-related characteristics.
- A text-based or visual analysis result is returned to the App.
Use:
- To provide the user with a face analysis result.
3. Face Match
When a user uploads two face photos, the App compares visible facial features to generate a compatibility or similarity-based result.
Processing:
- The uploaded photos are securely transmitted to OpenAI.
- Visible facial traits are analyzed and compared.
- A result is returned to the App.
Use:
- To provide a face match or compatibility result.
4. AI Baby Photo Transformation
When a user uploads a baby photo, the App may generate a transformed or themed version of that baby image.
Examples may include:
- Christmas-themed baby photo
- Fantasy-style baby photo
- Artistic or stylized baby portrait
Processing:
- The uploaded baby photo is securely transmitted to Modelslab.
- The image is transformed according to the selected concept or prompt.
- The generated image is returned to the App.
Use:
- To create a transformed or stylized version of the uploaded baby image.
5. AI Baby Video Generation
When a user uploads a baby photo or selects an already generated baby image, the App may generate a short AI video based on that image and a selected prompt or concept.
Examples may include:
- Wizard theme
- Cinematic animation
- Fantasy scene
- Other creative animated concepts
Processing:
- The uploaded image is securely transmitted to fal.ai, our AI video generation service provider.
- A user-selected or system-generated prompt may also be transmitted together with the image.
- The third-party service processes the uploaded image and prompt to generate a short video animation.
- The generated video is returned to the App and displayed to the user.
Use:
- To generate a user-requested baby video based on the uploaded image.
The uploaded image is used only for generating the requested video. No facial recognition, identity verification, or biometric profiling is performed in connection with this feature.
C. Data usage limitations
All uploaded face data, photo data, and image-based data are used only for the specific features requested by the user.
Such data is not used for:
- Advertising
- Behavioral tracking
- Profiling
- Sale to third parties
- Facial recognition
- Identity verification
- AI model training by us
We do not use uploaded face data for any secondary purpose unrelated to the feature explicitly requested by the user.
D. Will face data be shared with any third parties? Where will it be stored?
Yes. To provide the App’s functionality, uploaded photos and face-related image data may be securely shared with the following third-party service providers acting as our processors:
- OpenAI, for facial feature analysis and prompt generation
- Modelslab, for image generation and image transformation
- fal.ai, for AI video generation
These service providers process data only for the purpose of performing the requested functionality on our behalf.
All transmissions to these providers are made using secure encrypted HTTPS connections.
Face data and uploaded images may be stored temporarily:
- On our servers during processing
- On the infrastructure of OpenAI during analysis processing
- On the infrastructure of Modelslab during image generation processing
- On the infrastructure of fal.ai during video generation processing
We do not share face data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
E. How long will face data be retained?
In-App Retention:
Uploaded photos and image data are retained only as long as necessary to complete the requested processing and deliver the result to the user. Once processing is completed, the original uploaded files are deleted from our systems unless a longer retention period is required to resolve a support issue, comply with law, or complete a user-requested action.
Third-Party Retention:
- OpenAI: data is processed transiently and deleted after processing in accordance with the provider’s applicable retention practices.
- Modelslab: data may be retained for up to 30 days for processing-related purposes and is then deleted.
- fal.ai: data is retained only temporarily during processing and then deleted in accordance with the provider’s applicable retention practices.

F. User consent before processing
Before any photo or image is uploaded, processed, or transmitted to a third-party AI service, the App clearly informs the user that their uploaded data will be processed by third-party AI providers for the requested functionality.
The App requires the user’s explicit consent before any such data is transmitted.
Users must affirmatively confirm that:
- they wish to upload and process their photo or image,
- they understand that the image will be sent to third-party AI service providers,
- they accept this Privacy Policy.
If the user does not provide consent, no photo or image is processed or transmitted.
No photo or image is transmitted to any third-party AI service without the user’s prior explicit consent.
IV. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
