This Privacy Policy explains how the “AI ASMR Video Maker - Tinglefy” app ("App") collects, uses, and protects your personal data. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Face Data Collection and Usage (per Apple Guideline 5.1.1 & F 2.1)
To comply with Apple’s privacy requirements regarding sensitive face data, we confirm the following:
The App does not perform facial recognition, tracking, or classification.
No biometric data (such as facial geometry, templates, or embeddings) is collected or stored.
The App only accesses user-uploaded photos that may contain faces for the sole purpose of generating AI-based video output.
All photo processing is performed either locally on-device or on secure servers, solely to generate the requested content.
Uploaded images are automatically deleted within 24 hours after processing is completed.
Face data is never used for identity verification, model training, advertising, analytics, or any unrelated purpose.
No face data is shared with third parties under any circumstances.
Users retain full ownership and control over all uploaded content and generated videos.
This policy fully aligns with Apple’s Face Data Guidelines and ensures transparent, secure, and respectful handling of user imagery.
Token System and Subscription Model
The App uses a token-based credit system to provide fair and transparent access to AI video generation features:
Weekly Plan: 1,500 tokens per week (non-cumulative)
Yearly Plan: 13,500 tokens per year (non-cumulative)
Cost per Video: Each AI video generation deducts 215 tokens
Tokens reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not carry over.
Token mechanics are clearly explained in the App’s onboarding and pricing pages.
Data Collection
a. User-Provided Information:
Uploaded photos (used solely for generating videos)
Email address (if submitted for support or feedback)
Subscription and billing status (managed via RevenueCat)
Country or region (via device settings)

b. Automatically Collected Information:
Device type and operating system version
App version and build
IP address (anonymized)
Session duration and interaction flow
Crash reports and diagnostic data
Feature usage patterns

Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside your country. These jurisdictions may have different data protection laws than your own. By using the App, you consent to such data transfers and acknowledge that your data may be processed in countries outside of your jurisdiction.
Third-Party Services
We currently integrate the following third-party service:
RevenueCat – used for subscription and in-app purchase management. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase and usage data under their own privacy policy.
We do not share personal or face data with any third-party services.
Data Retention
Uploaded images are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours of processing.
Anonymous usage data may be retained to improve app functionality and user experience.

Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) and security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. While we do our best to protect your information, no system is 100% secure.
