A persistent notification is displayed whenever Android requires it.

7. Foreground Service Special Use (android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE)

This permission is requested only for specialised foreground service functionality supported by Android.

Our app uses a special foreground service to show a floating Bubble Chat, allowing you to talk to the AI while using other apps. This runs only when you start the feature and stops anytime you close it. We don’t collect or share your personal data through this service. (used by floating bubbles)
