By submitting content through the App, you represent that:

Your content is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, features, branding, software, and content (excluding user-generated content), remain the exclusive property of Artifinity AI - Create Images and its licensors.
You may not:
Copy or redistribute the App
Modify or create derivative works
Use our trademarks, branding, or logos without permission
Claim association with our App falsely
The App may generate AI-created images or content based on user prompts. We do not guarantee:

Availability
Suitability for any specific purpose
Users are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring their generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
We reserve the right to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
Restrict or terminate user access for violations of these Terms
Refuse service at our sole discretion where reasonably necessary
We are not liable for interruptions, delays, or temporary unavailability of the Service.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We do not knowingly collect personal information beyond what is necessary for app functionality and support. Anonymous and aggregated data may be used to improve the Service.
Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. We are unable to issue refunds directly.

User-generated or AI-generated content
Unauthorized account access
Service interruptions or technical failures

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the App or on the relevant platform.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
