Privacy Policy for AI Ala Carte

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the à la carte app

("App"), operated by Keep Creating LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App,

you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet

this age requirement.

2. Account Access

Access to the App requires login via Apple ID or Google (Gmail) authentication. You are

responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under

your account.

3. Use of the App

The App provides AI-powered menu recommendations based on user preferences and uploaded

menus. You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer or replicate any part of the App

• Use the App to develop a competing product

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we believe you are violating these

Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers free access to limited features (e.g., 3 free menu scans). Additional features are

available via monthly or annual subscriptions, managed and billed through the Apple App Store.

We do not process or store your payment information. Subscription terms, billing, renewals, and

cancellations are governed by Apple's policies. You are responsible for managing your

subscription through your Apple account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App—including text, branding, designs, and AI-generated outputs—is the

property of Keep Creating LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use this content

for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect and use data. By using

the App, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not

guarantee the accuracy or safety of any food recommendations. You should always confirm

ingredients, allergens, and other health concerns with the restaurant directly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keep Creating LLC is not liable for any indirect,

incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App—including reliance on

recommendations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via

the App. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
