Camera-Ready Instructions
All accepted authors to upload their camera-ready version to OpenReview by end of day, June 30, 2025. The camera-ready versions of accepted papers will be featured on the workshop website. If we do not receive your updated submission by the end of the day on June 30, 2025, we will publish the currently available version of your paper on the website.
To submit, navigate to your paper on OpenReview. Under the “Edit” button dropdown, click on “Camera Ready Submission” button and upload the paper pdf.
We recommend preparing your final manuscript using the ACM SIG Proceedings template, available here: https://www.overleaf.com/latex/templates/association-for-computing-machinery-acm-sig-proceedings-template/bmvfhcdnxfty.
Points to note:
Please incorporate the reviewers’ feedback and address their concerns and questions as thoroughly as possible in your camera-ready submission.
Ensure that the final version includes each author’s full name, affiliation, city, state, country, and a valid email address.
Include acknowledgments for any funding sources or grants that supported the work.
Submissions are limited to from 4 to 8 content pages, including all figures and tables but excluding references. References and supplementary material have no page limit.
Authors may include supplemental material focused on reproducibility (e.g., proofs, pseudo-code, code). The supplemental material has no page limit.
Optional: The ACM CCS Concepts and Keywords sections do not have to appear in the camera-ready submission.
Remove the article history dates, if any, at the end of the submission (after last reference or appendix).
Set the header to the ACM Default 2 column template: \documentclass[sigconf]{acmart}
Be sure to include the "ACM Reference Format" section on the first page of your submission.
