Papers must be formatted according to the IEEE two-column conference proceedings style, as outlined in the Paper Submission Guidelines.. We welcome submissions covering the full spectrum of theoretical and practical work, including research ideas, methodologies, tools, simulations, demos, applications, practical evaluations, and surveys.
All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Regular papers will be assessed based on their clarity, novelty, technical quality and potential impact.

Length (including figures, tables, references, and appendices): 6 to 8 pages. 10-page papers are allowed at an additional charge of 100 $ per extra page.
