Those who are interested in the workshop are invited to engage with the workshop's guiding questions and themes. We invite position papers of 2-4 pages (excluding references and in ACM single-column format). Submissions from different professional backgrounds (e.g. academia, industry and NGOs) and various disciplines (e.g. critical computing, HCI, sociology, STS, infrastructure studies) are welcome. Position papers can take the forms of empirical cases, theoretical pieces, or short proposals for work-in-progress or future research. They can also be personal statements of interest (describing your background, your experience and thoughts relevant to the workshop themes, motivation or interest in participation, what you hope to gain from the workshop experience, and what you expect to contribute to the workshop). Submissions should be in English and are not required to be anonymous.
Submissions will be reviewed and accepted based on the relevance to workshop themes, the quality of proposals, and considerations on workshop composition (e.g. diversity in participants and thematic focuses).
