By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AI Voice Lock (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In such case, "you" and "your" refer to that organization.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
AI Voice Lock is a mobile application designed to provide voice-based lock screen, device security, personalization, and related features.
Depending on the device and App version, features may include:
Voice-based lock or authentication features.
Voice commands and voice interaction.
Lock screen customization.
Security and personalization features.
Other related functionality provided through the App.
Some features may require access to device permissions, including microphone or other system permissions. You are responsible for granting only the permissions you are comfortable providing.
The App does not guarantee that voice recognition, voice authentication, or other security-related features will work perfectly on every device or under every environmental condition.
You should maintain an alternative device authentication method, such as your device PIN, password, pattern, or biometric authentication, where available.
If you use voice-related features, you authorize the App to access your device microphone when necessary to provide those features.
Voice recognition may be affected by background noise, microphone quality, pronunciation, language, device configuration, or other environmental factors.
You acknowledge that voice-based authentication should not be considered a replacement for all built-in device security mechanisms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of voice features does not unlawfully record, monitor, or capture other individuals.
Certain features of AI Voice Lock may require a paid subscription ("Premium Subscription").
Subscription plans may be offered on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or other recurring basis. Prices, billing periods, and available features will be displayed within the App before purchase.
Payments are processed through the applicable app marketplace, including but not limited to Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your applicable app store account settings.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Any free trial offered by the App may be canceled before the trial period ends. If a Premium Subscription is purchased during a free trial period, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited according to the applicable platform's policies.
Refund requests are handled according to the refund policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, and plans at any time. Such changes will generally apply to future purchases or subscription renewals, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
The App may use third-party services for purposes such as:
Advertising.
Analytics.
Crash reporting.
Voice or speech recognition.
Cloud infrastructure.
Other technical services necessary to provide App functionality.
Third-party services may have their own terms of use and privacy policies.
We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or practices of third-party services.
All software, trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, text, interfaces, sounds, and other materials included in the App are owned by Mahmoud Rafek or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the App.
Modify or create derivative works based on the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
Use our trademarks, branding, or copyrighted materials without written permission.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices.
Attempt to bypass security mechanisms or technical restrictions.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Use the App to unlawfully record, monitor, or intercept other individuals.
Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where legally permitted.
Access systems or networks without authorization.
Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated tools to access the App without authorization.
Attempt to bypass technical restrictions or security mechanisms.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
Abuse or misuse voice, lock screen, or authentication functionality.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mahmoud Rafek disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability.
Fitness for a particular purpose.
Non-infringement.
Availability.
Accuracy.
Reliability.
Uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always function without interruption.
The App will be error-free or completely secure.
Voice recognition will always be accurate.
Voice authentication will work in every environment or situation.
The App will be compatible with every device or operating system.
Third-party services will remain available.
The App will prevent all unauthorized access to your device.
You acknowledge that no voice-based security mechanism can guarantee protection against every possible method of unauthorized access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mahmoud Rafek, its affiliates, employees, officers, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
Your use or inability to use the App.
Failure or inaccuracy of voice recognition or voice authentication.
Unauthorized access to your device.
Loss of data or device functionality.
Subscription purchases or payment processing.
Third-party services.
Service interruptions, outages, or technical failures.
Unauthorized access to systems or information.
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mahmoud Rafek, its affiliates, employees, officers, licensors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:
Your use of the App.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any applicable law.
Your misuse of voice, recording, or authentication features.
Your infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights.
Your misuse of third-party services.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and applicable legal provisions, will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
