By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AI Voice Lock Screen: AI Note (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In such case, "you" and "your" refer to that organization.

AI Voice Lock Screen: AI Note is a mobile application that may provide features including:

Other features made available within the App from time to time.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information, content, voice input, notes, or other material you provide through the App is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.
The App may provide artificial intelligence ("AI") features that generate text, suggestions, responses, notes, or other content based on information provided by the user.
AI-generated results may not always be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for a particular purpose.
You should independently verify important information before relying on AI-generated content.
You agree not to use the AI features to:

We do not claim ownership of your original user-generated content solely because you use the App.
Certain features of AI Voice Lock Screen: AI Note may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase ("Premium Features").
Subscription plans may be offered on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or other recurring basis. Prices, billing periods, available plans, and included features will be clearly presented within the App before purchase.
Payments are processed through the applicable app marketplace, including Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.
Where applicable, subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your app store account settings.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If a free trial is offered, the applicable trial terms and duration will be displayed before activation. You are responsible for canceling the trial before it ends if you do not wish to be charged.
Refund requests are handled according to the refund policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, and plans. Changes will generally apply to future purchases or subscription renewals as permitted by applicable law and platform policies.
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App for your personal, lawful use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LunaCore Entertainment disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of:

Fitness for a particular purpose.
Non-infringement.
Availability.
Accuracy.
Reliability.
Uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always function without interruption.
The App will be error-free or completely secure.
AI-generated content will always be accurate or reliable.
Voice recognition will always work accurately.
Third-party services will remain available.
All App features will be compatible with every device or operating system.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LunaCore Entertainment, its affiliates, employees, officers, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
Your use or inability to use the App.
AI-generated content or recommendations.
Voice recognition or voice-related functionality.
Loss or corruption of user-generated content.
Third-party services.
Subscription purchases or payment processing.
Service interruptions, outages, or technical failures.
Unauthorized access to systems or information.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LunaCore Entertainment, its affiliates, employees, officers, licensors, and partners from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the App.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable laws.
Your infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights.
Content or information you submit through the App.
Your misuse of AI, voice, or other App features.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary to protect the App, users, our services, or where we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and applicable legal provisions, will continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your jurisdiction.
