By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to MatechMobile.
MatechMobile is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
Use of Application & Prohibited Conduct
The AI Voice Changer: TTS app provides digital audio editing, text-to-speech, and voice transformation tools. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as it could compromise your device's security and cause the app to malfunction.
You strictly agree NOT to use AI Voice Changer: TTS
- Impersonate any real person, public figure, or official entity without legal authorization.
- Create or distribute harmful, defamatory, deceptive (deepfake), illegal, or abusive audio content.
- Violate or infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.

Network & Service Responsibilities
Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). MatechMobile cannot take responsibility if the app does not work at full functionality due to a lack of data connection or exhausted data allowances. You accept responsibility for any charges incurred from your mobile network provider, including roaming data charges if used outside your home territory.
MatechMobile accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss you experience as a result of relying wholly on the app's functionality or your device running out of battery.
Updates & Termination
The app is available on Android – system requirements may change, and you will need to download updates to continue using the app. MatechMobile does not promise to always update the app to fit your specific Android version, but you agree to always accept updates when offered. We may terminate or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you end, and you must stop using and delete the app.
Subscriptions and Payments
- Pricing is based on U.S. Dollars and may vary in other countries, subject to change without notice.
- If a package includes a trial period, the subscription will start after the 3-day or 7-day free trial and automatically renew unless canceled. Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Google Play Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Google Play Account Settings after purchase.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
