Welcome to AI Video Player ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring complete transparency regarding how we handle your data. AI Video Player is a high-performance personal client media player that operates locally on your device and connects to authorized personal cloud storage services upon your explicit request.

Core Privacy Guarantees:

• 100% Local Video Playback: All video rendering, decoding, and playback processes occur locally on your device hardware.

• No Media Exfiltration: We do NOT upload, transmit, index, or store your personal video or audio files on any external servers.

• 100% On-Device Cloud Authentication: All OAuth tokens, refresh credentials, and drive file metadata remain strictly isolated in your device's private app sandbox (Context.MODE_PRIVATE) and are NEVER proxied through, sold to, or accessible by our servers or any third parties.

2. Information We Collect and Local Data Storage

A. Data Managed Locally on Your Device

The App stores your configuration data locally on your device to provide core functionality:

• User playback preferences, hardware decoder settings, custom audio equalizers, and theme customizations.

• Local playlist definitions and resume playback history.

• Securely encrypted OAuth authentication tokens for connected Cloud Drives (Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, Box).

Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all local preferences, database caches, and authentication tokens from your device.

B. Firebase Authentication & Account Information

If you choose to sign in (e.g., via Google Sign-In) to utilize cross-device subtitle synchronization or manage AI Subtitle credits:

• Account Identifiers: We securely store your email address, display name, and Firebase User ID (UID).

• Credit Balances: Your purchased or promotional subtitle credit balance is recorded in our secure Firebase Database.

3. Cloud Drive Integration & Google OAuth Compliance

AI Video Player provides optional client-side integrations allowing you to stream media stored in your personal cloud accounts.

A. Zero Token Exfiltration Policy

• When you authenticate with a cloud provider, all OAuth 2.0 authorization codes and refresh tokens are exchanged directly between your device and the respective cloud provider's official OAuth servers over encrypted TLS/HTTPS.

• We NEVER transmit, store, or log your OAuth credentials on any intermediate server or backend database.

B. Google Drive API Scopes & Access

• We request Google Drive scopes (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly or https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file) exclusively to list, navigate, and stream media files that you choose to open.

• Google Drive file data is used strictly in real-time on your device; it is never used for advertising, marketing, analytics, or profiling purposes.

C. Personal Client Tool Disclaimer

• AI Video Player is strictly an offline/client-side player. We do not host, syndicate, provide, or index copyrighted video streams, torrents, or public links. Users retain sole legal responsibility for the media stored in their cloud storage.

4. Third-Party Advertising & Mediation SDK Disclosures

To support free access to AI Video Player, the App displays advertisements provided by Unity LevelPlay Mediation and its participating real-time bidding demand partners. Premium (Ad-Free) subscribers receive zero advertisements.

What Data Advertising Partners May Collect:

Advertising partners may collect and process pseudonymous identifiers and technical telemetry to serve relevant ads, prevent ad fraud, conduct real-time auctions, and measure ad performance:

• Device Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID), Android ID, IDFV / IDFA.

• Network & Connection Signals: IP address, cellular carrier, network connection type (WiFi/Cellular).

• Device Telemetry: Device manufacturer, model, operating system version, screen resolution, locale, battery charging status, and audio volume level.

6. AI Subtitle Processing (Speech-to-Text Transcription)

When you choose to generate AI subtitles for a video:

• A temporary audio stream extracted from the video segment is transmitted via encrypted HTTPS to our isolated cloud processing infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers / Firebase / Cloudflare R2).

• Strict Ephemeral Lifecycle: The temporary audio file is processed in memory and permanently deleted immediately upon completion of the transcription.

• Transcribed audio is never retained, sold, or logged by our servers beyond the immediate delivery of your subtitle transcript.

8. Data Retention and Account Deletion

A. Data Retention Timelines:

• Local Playback Data: Retained locally until you clear app cache or uninstall the App.

• AI Audio Data: Deleted immediately upon transcription delivery.

B. Permanent Account & Data Deletion:

You have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time. You can trigger permanent deletion:
