By downloading, installing, or using AI Video Generator (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to use the App.
AI Video Generator allows users to generate images and videos using artificial intelligence models based on text, image, or other prompts. These outputs are created automatically and may not always be accurate or appropriate.
The App provides access through a subscription and credit-based system.
Some features require paid credits. Credits are provided through active subscriptions or purchases.
Credits:
• Are consumed when AI content is generated
• Have no cash value
• Are not refundable
• Do not transfer between accounts
• Do not carry over if a subscription expires
Unused credits are not guaranteed to be retained if your subscription ends.
We reserve the right to change credit pricing or usage at any time.
All content is generated automatically by artificial intelligence.
You acknowledge:
• Outputs may be inaccurate, misleading, or offensive
• Outputs are not verified by humans
• You are responsible for how you use generated content
The App does not guarantee originality, legality, or accuracy of AI-generated content.
You may NOT use the App to generate or distribute:
• Pornographic, sexual, or erotic content involving minors
• Graphic violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
• Hate, harassment, or discrimination
• Copyright-infringing material
• Deepfakes or impersonations
• Content intended to mislead or defraud
We reserve the right to block, delete, or restrict access for abuse.
You own the content you generate, subject to:
• Model provider licensing terms
• Applicable laws
• These Terms
We do not claim ownership over your outputs, but we may use anonymized data to improve the service.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.
All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by the platform you used to purchase.
We do not control Apple or Google’s billing systems.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, availability, or output quality.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:
• Data loss
• Lost profits
• AI output issues
• Content misuse
Our total liability will never exceed what you paid for the App in the last 12 months.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
