AI Try On is an iOS application that allows users to virtually try on clothing by selecting model images and clothing items within the app. The App enables users to see how clothes look on different models, save favorite combinations, view try-on history, and share virtual outfits.

3. User Rights and Restrictions

You may:

• Use the App for personal and commercial purposes.

• Select models and clothing items for virtual try-ons.

• Save and share your virtual outfit combinations.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App.

• Use the App for any illegal purposes.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Generated Content

Virtual outfits generated through the App may be used for both personal and commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of the virtual outfits you generate. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated outfits complies with applicable laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Data Usage

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect and use data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use and updating the effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.
