Thank you for using our apps. We are committed to continuously improving and developing innovative products to deliver the best value to you. These terms of service apply to all AI Translator, Photo Translate products. Please read them carefully before using our apps.
By using Translate : Voice Trans & Text products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our apps. If you are using our products on behalf of an organization (such as your employer), you agree to these Terms for that organization and confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In this context, “you” and “your” refer to that organization.
Subscribed users have unlimited access to all app translation services, including speech-to-text recognition, translation, and text-to-speech.
Unsubscribed users can access these services with a limited daily quota.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, identifying the cost of the renewal.
Users can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in their Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
You agree not to, and not to attempt to:
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Translate : Voice Trans & Text system or network, or breach any security or authentication measures.
Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of Translate : Voice Trans & Text’s systems or the technical delivery systems of its providers.
Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software used to provide Translate : Voice Trans & Text.
Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host, or network, including sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing Translate : Voice Trans & Text.
Access or search Translate : Voice Trans & Text or download any intellectual property from Translate : Voice Trans & Text using any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools) other than our publicly supported interfaces.
Plant malware or use Translate : Voice Trans & Text to distribute malware.
Send any unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam.
Send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information, including “spoofing” or “phishing.”
Post or transmit anything fraudulent or misleading, or that infringes on others’ rights.
Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Violate the privacy of others.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Encourage or enable anyone else to do any of the above.
Although we are not obligated to monitor access to or use of Translate : Voice Trans & Text or your content, or to review or edit any content or the intellectual property of other Translate : Voice Trans & Text users, we have the right to do so for the purpose of operating Translate : Voice Trans & Text, ensuring compliance with these Terms, or complying with applicable law or other legal requirements. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content at any time and without notice if we, at our sole discretion, consider any content objectionable or in violation of these Terms. We have the right to investigate violations of these Terms or conduct that affects Translate : Voice Trans & Text. We may also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law.
