"AI Sufism" is an app designed to answer all your questions about Sufi teachings and spirituality, serving as a dedicated chatbot for these topics. 

Collecting and Using User Personal Data

In our app, we use Botpress technology to provide AI responses while prioritizing user privacy. 

When users interact with the bot, Botpress collects limited analytical information, such as 

IP address,

location (country, state, city, postal code), 

navigation data (pages viewed, session duration, connection dates), and 

number of connections to the service. 

Botpress does not use conversation data or other end-user personal data for analytics, algorithm improvements, or model training. Content uploaded to the Customer Bot is solely used to provide the service and not for any other purposes. Botpress has implemented robust organizational, physical, and technical measures to secure personal data, detailed in their Data Processing Agreement, available upon request at legal@botpress.com. Personal data may be shared with customers controlling the bot, service providers (under strict confidentiality agreements), the Botpress family for operational purposes, or third parties if required by law or legal proceedings.
