Individuals who access the Services from other locations do so at their own discretion and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
We are the rightful owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights within our Services. This encompasses source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio assets, application layouts, text, photographs, and graphics found in the Services (referred to as the "Content"), along with trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively known as the "Marks") present therein.
The Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws, as well as various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws globally.

Save, export, and download generated tracks in accordance with your subscription tier.
Except as stated in these Legal Terms, no part of the Services, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise utilized for any commercial purpose without our explicit prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any text prompts, lyrics, or audio inputs (such as voice files or reference tracks) that you upload to the Services ("User Inputs").
By uploading or submitting User Inputs, you represent and warrant that:
You possess the requisite intellectual property rights, licenses, and permissions for the uploaded content.
Your User Inputs do not infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party (e.g., you are prohibited from uploading copyrighted studio tracks or commercial recordings for style extraction or voice cloning unless you hold the copyright).
Our ownership model for the music generated using our Services ("Generated Tracks") depends on your subscription tier at the time of generation:
Free Tier: Any music generated on a Free Tier is licensed to you solely for personal, non-commercial use. We retain the primary intellectual property rights to these tracks. You may share them on personal social media accounts provided you credit AI Song Generator.
Premium Tier: If you generate tracks while on an active paid subscription or using purchased premium credits, you own the commercial rights to the Generated Tracks. You can distribute, monetize, and stream these tracks on commercial platforms (such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) subject to compliance with our terms.
AI Exclusions: Because these tracks are generated by AI, copyright laws regarding AI-generated works in your jurisdiction apply. We do not guarantee that your Generated Tracks are eligible for copyright registration.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the App that you send to us ("Submissions") shall become our exclusive property. We are entitled to unrestricted use of these Submissions for any lawful purpose without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
By utilizing the Services, you warrant and affirm that:
You possess the legal capacity and consent to abide by these Legal Terms.
You are not a minor in the jurisdiction of your residence (or are at least 18 years of age).
You will not access the Services through automated or non-human methods, such as bots or scripts.
You will not utilize the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including generating tracks that violate copyrights.
You are prohibited from:
Systematically extracting data or content from the Services (scraping) to train other AI models or databases.
Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security features of the Services, including credit limits or download restrictions.
Uploading copyrighted musical works, vocal tracks, or samples without authorization for the purpose of audio style transfer or voice cloning.
Generating music or lyrics that are illegal, harassing, hateful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or threatening.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of the software, neural network models, or audio engines used to run the Services.
Using the app's output to falsely claim that the track was recorded or performed entirely by a human artist without AI assistance.
Engaging in improper use of our support services.
Subscriptions: Certain premium features, including commercial export rights and faster generation times, require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and auto-renew unless canceled.
App Store Transactions: Purchases made via mobile stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) are subject to the respective platform's payment terms and refund policies.
Refunds: All credit purchases and subscription renewals are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
These Legal Terms remain in full effect while you use the Services. We retain the right, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the Services (including blocking specific IP addresses) to any individual for any reason, including without limitation for breach of these Legal Terms.
We may terminate your account, delete your generated music data, or cancel your subscription at any time without warning if we detect fraudulent activity or copyright infringement.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove any content or features within the Services at our discretion and for any reason without notice.
We cannot guarantee continuous availability of the Services. Hardware, software, or backend AI servers may experience interruptions, delays, or maintenance windows. We will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience due to your inability to access or use the Services during downtime.
These Legal Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
Informal Negotiations: The parties agree to engage in informal negotiations for at least fourteen (14) days before initiating formal proceedings.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from or related to these Legal Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the VIAC (Vietnam International Arbitration Center) Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Vietnam. The language of the arbitration shall be Vietnamese. The governing law of these Legal Terms shall be the substantive law of Vietnam.
Exclusions: Disputes related to intellectual property rights or claims for injunctive relief are not subject to the arbitration agreement.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ORIGINALITY, ACCURACY, OR LEGAL STATUS OF THE GENERATED MUSIC. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS BROUGHT BY THIRD PARTIES AGAINST THE TRACKS YOU GENERATED USING OUR SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE CAUSE OF ACTION.
