Driven by the rapid advancement of AI technology, multiple existing industries are already undergoing disruption. The competencies required for future AI talent will differ significantly from those of today. We believe it is essential to return to fundamentals: mastering AI technology, developing comprehensive AI literacy, enabling vertical industry applications, fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration, ensuring AI regulatory compliance and governance, and maintaining continuous learning for both individuals and teams are all critical dimensions. This project aims to make a substantive contribution to cultivating talent across these key areas.
