By downloading, installing, or using the AI Photo Maker app (the “App”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.
AI Photo Maker, developed by Indie Apps, is an AI-powered photo editing and generation app designed to enhance and transform user images using advanced algorithms and models. The app integrates third-party AI technologies and offers a collection of creative tools and prompts for users. No account registration is required.
You must be at least 4 years old to use the App. If you are under this age, please do not use the App.
You agree not to use the App to:
Engage in harassment, threats, or harmful behavior
Upload or generate offensive or inappropriate content
Reverse-engineer or tamper with the App’s functionality
Pretend to be someone else or submit false data
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to bypass security features
We respect your privacy. While the App does not collect personal identifying information, we may collect anonymous usage data to improve performance and user experience. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
All assets, features, and intellectual property associated with the App belong to Indie Apps or its content providers.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.
The App delivers AI-generated results based on preset models and prompts. These results may not always be accurate, appropriate, or satisfactory. You use the App at your own risk.
AI Photo Maker is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Indie Apps does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
Indie Apps shall not be responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
To the extent permitted by law, the maximum liability of Indie Apps shall not exceed any amount paid by you for using the App (if applicable).
Indie Apps reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will end immediately, and all licenses granted under these Terms will be revoked.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. If changes are made, they will be posted within the App. Your continued use of AI Photo Lab after such updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted or removed as needed, and the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
By using AI Photo Maker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
