Welcome to AI Photo Enhancer ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our mobile application.
Photos & Images: Your privacy is our highest priority. All image enhancements, upscaling, restoration, and edits are performed 100% locally on your device.
No Server Uploads: We do not upload, transfer, store, or process your photos on any external servers or cloud services.
No Facial Data Collection: Facial detection and skin/detail enhancements are executed entirely on-device using local algorithms. We do not extract, store, or share biometric or facial identification data.
Our application itself does not require an account, email address, phone number, or login. However, third-party services integrated for advertising may collect limited diagnostic and device information.
Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements (Banner, Interstitial, Native, and Rewarded ads). AdMob may collect and process certain data in accordance with Google's policies:
Device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID / GAID)
IP address (used for general geographic location and fraud prevention)
App usage metrics and ad interaction data

Photo Picker / Read Media Images: Used solely to let you choose photos from your device to enhance.
Internet & Access Network State: Required exclusively by Google AdMob to load advertisements. Your photos and personal data are never sent over the internet.
Storage / MediaStore: Used solely to save your final enhanced images directly to your device's Pictures/AI Photo Enhancer folder.
Any enhancement history, recent image references, or settings preferences are stored locally on your device inside the app's secure private database. You can clear this history at any time from within the app, or by clearing the app data/uninstalling the application.
Our application is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app settings and updated on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
