This Privacy Policy explains how AI Photo Editor Object Remover (“the App”) processes information.
The App is provided by CodeCare Infotech (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
This Privacy Policy applies to versions of the App distributed through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store, as applicable.
AI Photo Editor Object Remover provides photo-editing tools including, depending on the version of the App:
AI Object Remover

The App may process several categories of information:
photos or images that you voluntarily select;
information stored locally on your device;
technical and usage information processed through analytics services;
advertising-related information processed through Google AdMob;
diagnostic and crash information;
application configuration information; and
information you voluntarily provide when contacting us.
The App may request permission to access photos or images that you select for editing.
Depending on the feature you choose, selected images may be processed to:
remove unwanted objects;
remove people or distractions;
remove image backgrounds;
improve image sharpness or visual quality;
adjust brightness, clarity, or image appearance;
apply filters or visual effects;
provide beauty or portrait enhancements;
apply makeup-style visual effects;
detect foreground and background areas for portrait blur;
create depth-style blur effects;
retouch image areas;
save edited images;
export edited images; and
maintain locally stored editing projects.
The current version of the App is designed to perform its core photo-editing operations locally on your device.
Your personal photos are not intentionally uploaded to:
Firebase Analytics;
Firebase Crashlytics;
Firebase Firestore;
Firebase Remote Config;
Google AdMob;
our analytics systems; or
our servers
for the purpose of performing the App's core photo-editing features.
We do not use your personal photos to train our artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
Your original and edited images remain under your control.
When you save or export an edited image, your operating system may request permission to save the resulting image to your photo library or device storage.
If we introduce cloud-based image processing in a future version, we will update this Privacy Policy and applicable App Store or Google Play privacy disclosures before or when such processing becomes available.
The App may request access to photos, media, or device storage where necessary so you can:
select images for editing;
import images;
create editing projects;
save edited images; and
export or share results.
On supported operating systems, you may be able to provide access only to selected photos instead of your entire photo library.
Photo and storage permissions are used only for functionality related to actions you request.
You can manage these permissions at any time through your device settings.
If the App provides a feature allowing you to capture an image directly using your camera, the App may request camera permission.
Camera access is used only when you voluntarily choose to capture an image.
The App does not continuously access, monitor, or record through your camera.
If a released version does not provide camera functionality, camera permission is not required for that version.
Some photo-editing features, including:
Beauty;
AI Makeup;
Portrait Blur;
portrait enhancement;
object removal;
background removal; and
related editing features
may be used on photos containing human faces.
A photograph containing a face is treated as image content selected by the user for editing.
The App is not intended to perform facial identification or identify who a person is.
We do not intentionally create or maintain:
facial identity profiles;
biometric identity records;
facial-recognition databases;
facial templates used for authentication;
identity profiles based on a person's face; or
databases used to identify individuals by facial appearance.
The App does not use users' faces for:
identifying an individual;
authenticating an individual;
tracking individuals across applications or websites;
advertising targeting based on facial identity;
determining a person's real-world identity; or
creating facial-recognition profiles.
Beauty and AI Makeup features may analyze visual areas of the selected image as necessary to perform the editing operation requested by the user.
For example, local image processing may determine relevant regions of an image in order to apply:
skin appearance adjustments;
portrait refinements;
lipstick-style effects;
blush-style effects;
eye-area effects;
makeup-style effects; or
similar visual adjustments.
Such processing is used only to perform the editing action requested by the user.
It is not used to identify the person appearing in the image.
Portrait Blur may analyze the selected image to distinguish foreground subjects from background areas so that a depth-style or DSLR-style blur effect can be produced.
This processing is intended only for visual image editing.
It is not used to identify the person appearing in an image.
We do not intentionally send personal photos or facial image content to:
Firebase Analytics;
Firebase Crashlytics;
Firebase Firestore;
Firebase Remote Config;
Google AdMob;
advertising providers; or
our own servers
as part of the App's core on-device photo-editing functionality.
Third-party analytics or advertising services may process technical information relating to the App or device, as explained elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, but we do not intentionally provide those providers with users' personal photographs for analytics or advertising purposes.
We do not maintain a server-side database containing users' facial photographs for the App's core editing functionality.
Image information used during local editing exists on the device as necessary to perform the requested operation.
Original and edited images remain under the user's control on the device or in another destination selected by the user.
Because we do not intentionally upload personal photos or facial image content to our servers as part of these local editing features, we do not maintain a server-side retention period for that information.
We do not use users' personal photographs, faces, or image content to train our own facial-recognition, biometric-identification, artificial-intelligence, or machine-learning models.
The AI Enhance feature is designed to improve visual characteristics of an image.
Depending on the version and selected settings, processing may include:
image sharpening;
clarity adjustment;
brightness adjustment;
contrast adjustment;
noise reduction;
detail enhancement;
color adjustment;
image restoration; or
similar enhancement operations.
The selected image is used only as necessary to perform the enhancement requested by the user.
The App does not intentionally submit your image to Firebase Analytics or Google AdMob.
AI Filters allow users to apply visual styles or image adjustments.
The App may analyze image characteristics locally so that the selected effect can be applied.
This analysis is used to create the requested visual result and is not intended to identify individuals contained in the photograph.
The App may store limited information on your device, including:
onboarding status;
editing preferences;
recently selected settings;
app configuration;
locally created projects;
project thumbnails;
editing history or metadata;
feature preferences;
usage counters;
advertising-related state;
consent selections;
cached files;
temporary image-processing data; and
other application data necessary for operation.
This information generally remains on your device unless a particular piece of technical information is also processed by one of the third-party services described in this Privacy Policy.
Deleting the App generally removes locally stored application data, subject to your operating system's backup, cloud backup, offloading, or storage behavior.
Photos already exported or saved outside the App may remain on your device until you delete them separately.
The current version of the App does not require users to create a registered user account unless expressly indicated inside the App.
We do not intentionally require information such as:
a name;
password;
phone number;
social-media credentials;
Apple Sign In credentials; or
user profile information
for normal use of the App if account functionality is not provided.
If account registration is introduced in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and applicable platform privacy disclosures as required.

displaying limited advertisements;
measuring advertisement performance;
measuring rewarded-ad activity;
limiting repeated advertisements;
detecting invalid advertising activity;
preventing advertising fraud; and
complying with legal requirements.
We do not intentionally provide users' personal photographs or facial image content to Google AdMob.
Google requires publishers using its advertising products to disclose relevant collection and processing caused by those advertising services. Google Help
The App may allow users to voluntarily watch rewarded advertisements in exchange for access to certain functionality or benefits.
When a user interacts with a rewarded advertisement, advertising services may process information concerning:
whether an advertisement was requested;
whether it was loaded;
whether it was displayed;
whether it was viewed;
whether required viewing conditions were completed;
whether a reward was granted; and
related technical and advertising information.
We may also record analytics events associated with rewarded-ad usage.
Where required by applicable privacy laws, the App may use Google's User Messaging Platform, Google's Privacy & Messaging functionality, or another approved consent solution to request advertising consent or provide privacy choices.
Depending on your region, you may be able to choose between:
personalized advertising;
non-personalized advertising;
limited advertising; or
other privacy choices made available by Google.
Google provides mechanisms for publishers to collect and manage privacy choices for AdMob users. Google Help
On Apple platforms, the App may use Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework where required.
If tracking permission is requested, you may choose to allow or deny the request.
If you deny tracking permission, advertising providers should not access IDFA for cross-app tracking where Apple's rules prohibit doing so.
You may still receive advertisements when tracking permission is denied. Such advertisements may be non-personalized, contextual, or less personalized.
You can manage tracking permissions through your Apple device's privacy settings.
Depending on:
your geographic location;
applicable law;
your privacy choices;
device settings; and
advertising consent,
the App may display:
personalized advertisements;
non-personalized advertisements; or
limited advertisements.
Where consent is legally required, personalized advertising will be subject to the consent mechanisms made available through the App, Google, Apple, or another approved consent provider.
If the App offers:
in-app purchases;
paid features;
subscriptions; or
other digital purchases,
payments are processed by the applicable platform provider, such as:
Apple through the App Store; or

We do not directly receive or store your complete credit-card or payment-card details.
The applicable platform provider may provide transaction-related information necessary to:
confirm purchases;
verify subscriptions;
restore purchases;
manage entitlements;
determine transaction status; or
provide purchased functionality.
Apple and Google process payment information according to their respective privacy policies and terms.
If you contact us through email or another support channel, we may receive information including:
your name, if voluntarily provided;
email address;

comply with applicable legal obligations.
Please do not send passwords or highly sensitive personal information unless strictly necessary.
If you voluntarily send a photograph as part of a support request, we use it only as necessary to investigate or respond to that request.
We do not sell or rent users' personal photographs.
Information may be processed or shared in the situations described below.
Our service providers may include:
Apple;
Google;
Google Play services;
Google Firebase;
Google Analytics for Firebase;
Firebase Crashlytics;
Firebase Firestore;
Firebase Remote Config;
Google AdMob; and
Google Mobile Ads.
These providers process information according to their own privacy policies, agreements, and service configurations.
We do not intentionally provide these providers with personal photographs for the purpose of advertising or analytics.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
comply with applicable law;
comply with court orders;
comply with lawful legal process;
respond to lawful government requests;
investigate fraud;
prevent misuse;
protect our rights;
protect users or the public;
investigate security incidents; or
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
If our business or the App becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or similar transaction, applicable information may be transferred in connection with that transaction, subject to applicable law.
The App's core image-editing operations are designed to process selected images locally on the user's device.
We do not intentionally maintain server-side copies of images selected for the App's local editing features.
Images you save or export remain in the location you selected until you delete them.
The App may store projects, previews, thumbnails, editing information, or associated files locally on your device.
These files may remain until:
you delete the project;
the App automatically removes temporary data;
you clear application data; or
you delete the App.
We do not maintain a server-side facial-recognition database or server-side biometric identity profile from users' editing photos.
Retention periods for information processed by Firebase, Google, Apple, AdMob, and similar third-party providers are controlled by those providers and applicable service configuration.
We do not intentionally include users' personal photo content in analytics or advertising events.
If you contact us, we may retain communications for as long as reasonably necessary to:
respond to you;
resolve the issue;
maintain support records;
prevent misuse;

continuous precise GPS location
for its normal photo-editing functionality.
The App is designed so that its core photo-editing operations are performed on your device where supported.
This provides additional privacy because selected images do not need to be intentionally transmitted to our servers for those local editing operations.
However, on-device photo processing does not mean that every function of the App operates without an internet connection.
Internet connectivity may still be used for:
advertising;
analytics;
crash reporting;
Firebase configuration;
privacy consent;
purchases;
application updates; and
other online services described in this Privacy Policy.

request access to certain personal information;
request correction;
request deletion;
object to certain processing;
restrict certain processing;
withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis;
request a copy of certain information; and
complain to an appropriate privacy or data-protection authority.
You may also:
delete locally stored projects;

On Apple devices, using Offload App may retain locally stored documents or application information. Selecting Delete App generally provides more complete removal of locally stored application information.
On Android devices, clearing the App's storage/data or uninstalling the App generally removes locally maintained application data, subject to operating-system backup behavior.
Photos or edited images already saved outside the App must be deleted separately.
To request deletion of information that we directly maintain, such as a customer-support communication, contact:
infocodecare999@gmail.com
Information may be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, resolve disputes, investigate security incidents, or protect legal rights.
Third-party providers including Google, Firebase, Apple, and their service providers may process technical, analytics, advertising, or service-related information on servers located outside your country.
Where required by applicable privacy laws, appropriate legal safeguards may apply to such transfers.
Users' personal photographs are not intentionally uploaded by the App to these providers as part of the core local photo-editing functionality described in this Privacy Policy.
The App is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13 or any higher minimum age required by applicable law in a user's country.
We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children in violation of applicable law.
Advertising practices for users who are known to be children are subject to additional restrictions under Google's advertising policies. Google Help
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact:
