This Privacy Policy explains how Open Artificial Intelligence ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Android app Cloth Swap AI: Outfit Changer (package com.openai.clothswap, the "App").
Information we process
Photos you choose. When you use outfit try-on or the AI headshot generator, the photo you pick from your gallery or take with the camera, and any outfit image you upload, is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our AI processing server to create your result. Photos are processed only to generate the result you request. They are not stored on our servers after processing and are not linked to your identity. Results are saved only on your device unless you choose to share them.
Camera. The App asks for camera permission only so you can take a photo inside the App. You can deny it and use your gallery instead.
Device and usage information. Through the third-party services listed below, the App collects: Advertising ID and other device identifiers; app interactions (screens viewed, features used); crash logs and diagnostics; approximate location derived from IP address (used by ad and analytics services); and purchase history (subscription events, used for analytics).
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location. The App does not require an account.
How we use information
We use information to provide the try-on and headshot features, to show ads in the free version and measure ad performance, to understand app usage, fix crashes and improve the App, and to manage Pro subscriptions purchased through Google Play.

Device identifiers may be shared with advertising partners to show and measure ads. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings.
Payments
Pro subscriptions (weekly, monthly or yearly) are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. You can cancel anytime in Google Play > Subscriptions.
Notifications
The App may send push notifications. You can turn them off at any time in your device's notification settings.
Data retention and deletion
Uploaded photos are deleted after processing. Analytics, crash and advertising data is retained by the third-party providers listed above under their retention policies. To request deletion of any data associated with your device, email us at the address below.
Children
The App is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the App, contact us and we will delete any related data.
Security
Data is transmitted using encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect it.
Content you generate
Do not upload photos of other people without their permission. You can report inappropriate AI results from inside the App.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
