• You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to access unauthorized areas, reverse engineering, or using the App for illegal activities.

2. User Content

• You retain ownership of any audio recordings, text, or other content you upload or create using the App.

4. Subscription & Payments

• AI Note Taker may offer free and premium subscription plans. Payment terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in accordance with App Store policies.

5. Content and Copyright Policy

• Users must refrain from uploading or recording copyrighted material unless they have explicit permission from the copyright holder.

• We do not condone or support the sharing of faculty-generated content, including lecture notes or transcripts, without consent.

• Users are prohibited from recording or sharing sensitive conversations that would breach privacy laws.

• AI Note Taker complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Copyright holders can submit infringement notices to [Your Contact Email].

6. Prohibited Actions

• Uploading copyrighted content without permission.

• Recording or sharing confidential or legally protected discussions.

• Using AI Note Taker for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes.

• Violating university policies regarding academic integrity and content sharing.

7. License to Use AI Note Taker Content

• Subject to compliance with these Terms, AI Note Taker grants users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access its services for personal, non-commercial use.

• Users may not copy, scrape, or distribute content through automated means unless expressly permitted.

8. Fulfillment and Refund Policy

• Delivery Policy: All services are delivered digitally. Upon purchase, users receive instant access.

• Refund Policy: Refunds are issued only for technical issues we cannot resolve. Requests must be made within 30 days.

• Return Policy: Due to the digital nature of the service, returns are not applicable.

• Cancellation Policy: Users can cancel subscriptions at any time. Access remains available until the end of the billing cycle.

9. Accountability and Consequences
