a. User Content
By submitting content (e.g., notes, voice memos) to the Service, you retain ownership of your content.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for providing the Service.
b. Content Restrictions
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not violate intellectual property rights, privacy laws, or these Terms.
c. Removal of Content
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
a. Subscriptions
Some features of the Service require a subscription. Subscriptions may be purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
By subscribing, you agree to the applicable terms of the third-party platform.
b. Auto-Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your account settings on the platform where you purchased the subscription.
c. Refunds
Refunds for subscriptions are handled according to the policies of the respective platform. Please contact their support for assistance.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We prioritize protecting your personal information and use industry-standard security measures.
The Service and all associated content, including logos, designs, and software, are owned by SWIFTTOUCH APPS LTD and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion for violations of these Terms or any applicable laws. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@swifttouchapps.com.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
