4. Safety: Prohibited Content & Behavior

Violent and Hateful Conduct: Content that threatens, incites, or promotes violence or hatred based on protected characteristics (such as race, religion, gender, etc.) is prohibited.
Bullying & Harassment: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding bullying and harassment.
Suicide & Self-Harm: Content that glorifies, promotes, or provides instructions for suicide or self-harm is not permitted.
Illegal or Criminal Activities: Content that facilitates or promotes criminal activities is prohibited.
5. Content Moderation Policy
By uploading images to AI Moment, you grant us the right to analyze the content to ensure compliance with these guidelines. All uploaded input images and AI-generated video outputs are subject to review by automated systems and human moderators. Content that violates these guidelines will be immediately removed. Users who violate these guidelines may face consequences including content removal, account suspension, permanent account termination, and, in severe cases, reporting to legal authorities.
5.1 Our Services
The information provided through the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would violate applicable laws or regulations. Users who choose to access the Services from outside the United States do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
