Ai Mockup Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) explains in this Privacy Policy how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our app and related services (“Services”).
By installing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We collect only what is needed to operate app features:
Account data (when you choose to sign in), such as name, email, and profile image.
Anonymous user ID (when using anonymous authentication).
Project and app data you create in the app (design content, settings, saved configurations).
Images/screenshots you explicitly select.
Cloud-synced design projects and uploaded project images, when you use cloud sync.
App info you enter (for example app name, app description, app logo).
Subscription/purchase status.
Basic device, usage, crash, and performance data.
AI content reports: if you use the in-app report feature for AI-generated content, we may collect the reported image, related prompt or generation data, your report message/reason, and technical details needed to review the report and improve safety.
We do not run ads in Ai Mockup Studio.

Provide core features (editing, exporting, saving, syncing).
Authenticate users and protect access to user resources.
Provide AI features when requested by you.
Manage subscriptions and premium access.
Improve reliability, performance, and app quality.

When you use AI features, we send only the content needed for that specific request.
AI Creatives: only selected screenshots and entered app info (name, description, logo).
AI Assistant (editor): only content from the current open project, plus screenshots/app info you explicitly provide.
AI Image Generation: selected screenshots, prompts, app info, and other content you provide may be sent to AI providers to generate mockups, showcases, ads, or promo visuals.
AI Background Remover: only the image you choose for background removal is sent for processing.
We do not scan or use other gallery images unless you select them.

We use trusted third-party providers to run the app, such as:
Firebase (authentication, analytics, crash/performance, database/storage as applicable)
AI providers (for text/image AI features)
Subscription/payment infrastructure (for premium access)
These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.

Subscription purchases are handled by platform billing systems and subscription infrastructure providers.
We do not store full payment card details.

You can delete your account directly inside the app from the Profile page using the Delete Account option.

When your account is deleted, we delete associated account data, cloud-synced projects, uploaded images, and app-related user data, unless limited retention is required for legal, security, payment, or fraud-prevention reasons.

No system is 100% secure, but we continuously improve our protections.
