By confirming a subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Certain features may require an active paid subscription.
Subscription benefits may include access to premium transcription features, increased usage limits, advanced processing functions, additional tools, or other premium services displayed on the purchase screen.
The specific benefits included in each subscription plan are determined by the information shown in the application at the time of purchase.
Different subscription periods may be available, including weekly, monthly, annual, or other subscription periods.
Available plans, prices, and billing periods are displayed on the purchase screen before payment is confirmed.
Prices may vary by country or region and may be presented in the local currency determined by the Apple App Store.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not directly receive or store your full payment card details or Apple ID payment credentials.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions are automatically renewable.
Your subscription will automatically renew for another subscription period unless auto-renewal is turned off before the end of the current subscription period in accordance with Apple's applicable subscription rules.
The renewal payment will be charged to your Apple ID account using the payment method associated with your account.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Deleting the application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
If you cancel a subscription, you may generally continue using the paid features until the end of the current paid subscription period.
No further renewal should occur after cancellation takes effect, subject to Apple's billing rules.
Some subscription plans may include a free trial or introductory offer.
The availability and duration of any free trial will be clearly displayed before the subscription begins.
Unless canceled before the end of the trial period in accordance with Apple's rules, a free trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription.
Eligibility for free trials or promotional offers may be determined by Apple and may be limited to qualifying users.
From time to time, introductory prices, discounted subscriptions, or promotional offers may be available.
Promotional pricing may apply only for a limited period.
After the promotional period ends, the subscription may renew at the standard price displayed during the purchase process, subject to Apple's applicable requirements.
Subscription prices may change.
Any price changes will be handled in accordance with Apple App Store policies and applicable law.
Where user consent is required for a price increase, Apple may ask you to confirm the new price before the subscription continues.
If you reinstall the application, change devices, or do not see an active subscription, you may use the Restore Purchases function where available.
Restoring purchases does not create a new charge.
You must generally use the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase.
Subscription purchases and refunds are processed by Apple.
We do not control Apple's refund approval process.
If you would like to request a refund, you should use the refund options provided by Apple.
Approval of a refund is determined by Apple under its applicable policies and relevant consumer protection laws.
If a purchase is refunded, the corresponding subscription benefits may be removed.
Paid features may depend on internet access, third-party infrastructure, speech recognition systems, artificial intelligence services, or other technical services.
Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, network failures, operating system changes, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may occasionally occur.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of subscription features.
Subscriptions are intended for lawful use by the purchaser.
Users must not attempt to falsify purchase records, bypass subscription verification, manipulate payment status, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or obtain paid features without authorization.
Subscription features may be updated, improved, replaced, or modified over time.
New features are not automatically guaranteed to be included in every existing subscription plan.
Material changes affecting paid services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements.
A subscription may end because the user cancels it, payment fails, Apple terminates the transaction, a refund is issued, the subscription expires, or the relevant subscription service is discontinued in accordance with applicable rules.
When the subscription ends, access to paid features may also end.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and other applicable App Store policies.
For matters relating directly to billing, payment methods, automatic renewal, purchase history, or refunds, Apple's applicable terms and systems will govern.
