Short Description of our Project
"Tracing Mathematics: AI-Supported Digital Discovery Museum" engages 10-14-year-old students in exploring the history of mathematics, renowned mathematicians, and cultural mathematical developments. Utilizing AI tools and Web 2.0 applications for research, content creation, and presentation, participants collaboratively design an international digital mathematics museum. This project promotes digital skill enhancement, intercultural exchange, and the integration of mathematics into everyday life and historical contexts. Through virtual museum tours and AI-supported tools, students gain valuable experience in innovative learning and creative collaboration.
This project aims
To enable students aged 10–14 to explore major discoveries in the history of mathematics, including renowned mathematicians and culturally significant mathematical developments, using artificial intelligence (AI) tools and Web 2.0 applications.
To present their findings in the form of a digital museum.
By using AI tools to support content creation and presentation, students will develop their digital skills.
They will also integrate mathematical knowledge from their own cultures and those of others to collaboratively create an international mathematics museum.
