A: Yes, a subscription is required to use the AI makeup try-on feature. You can explore makeup styles for free, but applying makeup to your photo requires an active subscription.
Q: How many makeup try-ons can I do per day?
A: Subscribers receive 8 makeup transformations per day. This limit resets every 24 hours at midnight.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel:
Open Settings on your iPhone
Tap your name at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Find AI Makeup Try On and tap Cancel Subscription
Q: Can I restore my subscription on a new device?
A: Yes. Open the app on your new device, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases to restore your subscription.
Technical Issues
Q: The app is not generating makeup results. What should I do?
A: Please check the following:
Ensure you have an active internet connection
Confirm your subscription is active
Check if you’ve used all 8 daily transformations
Try restarting the app
Q: My photo is not uploading. What can I do?
A: Make sure you have granted the app permission to access your camera or photo library.
Go to Settings → AI Makeup Try On → Camera & Photos and enable access.
Q: The makeup result does not look accurate.
A: For best results:
Use a clear, well-lit photo
Face the camera directly
Avoid shadows or filters
Ensure your face is not partially covered
Try another photo if needed
Privacy and Data
Q: Are my photos stored on your servers?
A: No. Photos are processed temporarily to generate the makeup preview and are deleted immediately after processing.
