• Uploaded photos are temporarily processed and not stored after the result is returned to you.

• We do not use your photos for training, advertising, or any other purpose beyond generating the result for you.

3. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the original photo you upload.

• We claim no rights over your uploaded content or the AI-generated output.

• You are free to use the result for personal or creative use, provided you respect the rights of third-party services involved (e.g., OpenAI’s terms).

4. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees that the service will always be available, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.

• We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the App or from reliance on the results produced.

5. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the new Terms.
