Welcome to Ai Image Creator Pro ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its functionality, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
You are responsible for ensuring your device is compatible with the App.
2. Permissions and Access
Some features of the App require access to your device's camera and photo library to enable skin analysis and product scanning features.
Photos selected or captured by the user are processed solely to provide the requested analysis and app functionality.
You may choose whether to grant these permissions and can manage or revoke them at any time through your device settings. Certain features may not function properly if the required permissions are not granted.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Weekly: $12.99
Monthly: $19.99
Yearly: $49.99
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (App Store account) at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price unless otherwise stated.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings after purchase.
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App (including design, features, and content) are owned by us.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
The App is intended for informational, educational, and personal skincare tracking purposes only.
Skin analysis results, product recommendations, routines, insights, and progress tracking are generated using automated technologies and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The accuracy of analysis may vary depending on image quality, lighting conditions, facial visibility, and other factors.
Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional or dermatologist regarding any medical concerns, skin conditions, allergies, or treatment decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the App, including loss of data, device issues, or other indirect or incidental damages.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted within the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
