By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
The App provides users with personalized symbolic content, interactive interpretations, reflections, and other entertainment experiences generated from user-provided input.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
By using the App, you agree that you will not:

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple's policies. Except where required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable.
The App is intended solely for informational, inspirational, and entertainment purposes.
Any content, interpretations, insights, or personalized materials generated by the App should not be considered professional, legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice and should not be relied upon for making important personal decisions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OU Xanthi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the App, its users, or our legal interests.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to OU Xanthi, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will become effective immediately upon publication within the App. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
