1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Humanify ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License & Use

2.1 Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code

Use the App for illegal purposes or to violate any laws

Copy, distribute, or reproduce App content without permission

Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Use automated tools to scrape or bulk download content

Sell, resell, or commercialize the App or its features

Interfere with App functionality or security

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

3.1 Your Input

You retain ownership of text you input for processing

We may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement

You grant us license to process your input according to this agreement

3.2 Output/Results

Generated results are provided for your personal use

You may copy, share, or use results as needed

Results may contain AI-generated content; verify accuracy

3.3 App Content

All App content (UI, features, documentation) is our intellectual property

Licensed under this agreement; not for commercial use

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

4.1 Accuracy

AI detection results are probabilistic, not 100% accurate

Humanized text may require manual review

Summaries may omit important details

Email templates are starting points, not final products

4.2 Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all generated content

We are not liable for inaccurate AI detection results

Test results before publishing or submitting important work

Verify factual accuracy in summaries

4.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the App to:

Generate misleading or deceptive content

Bypass academic integrity policies

Plagiarize or commit fraud

Create content that infringes others' rights

5. Subscription & Payment

5.1 Free Tier

Limited daily usage (character limits per feature)

Usage resets daily at midnight UTC

Free features may be modified or discontinued

5.2 Premium Subscription

Unlimited access to all features

Automatic renewal on your billing date

Cancel anytime in app settings or account management

Refunds subject to app store policies

5.3 Billing

Payments processed through RevenueCat

You authorize recurring charges for renewals

Refund requests follow App Store/Play Store guidelines

We are not responsible for billing issues with payment providers

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 "As-Is" Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6.2 No Liability For:

Inaccurate AI detection results

Lost, corrupted, or deleted data

Network or server failures

Third-party service interruptions

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

6.3 Liability Cap

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days (or $0 for free users).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:

Your violation of these Terms

Your use of the App in prohibited ways

Content you input or generated results you use

Any violation of applicable laws

8. Termination

We may terminate your access if you:

Violate these Terms

Engage in illegal activity

Abuse the service or other users

Violate intellectual property rights

Termination may be immediate without notice for serious violations.

9. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

Attempt unauthorized access to App systems

Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code

Spam or send unsolicited messages

Impersonate others or misrepresent identity

10. External Links & Third Parties

The App may link to third-party services (App Store reviews, subscription management). We are not responsible for:

Third-party content or services

Privacy practices of third parties

Availability or functionality of external services

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before legal action, contact us at hello@hafidziti.dev to resolve disputes.

13.2 Arbitration

Any legal dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for IP infringement claims.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You waive the right to participate in class action suits.

14. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.
