Conflict of Interest: Reviewers must decline to review manuscripts where personal or professional conflicts exist.
Timeliness: Reviews must be completed within the agreed timeframe.
Committee and Organizer Responsibilities
Fair Evaluation: The Program Committee ensures equal treatment of all submissions.
Transparency: Review criteria and processes are communicated clearly.
Integrity: Decisions are based solely on merit, without discrimination or favoritism.
Ethical Misconduct
Submissions with plagiarism, duplicate publication, falsified data, or unethical research practices will be rejected and reported.
Severe cases may result in a ban from future conferences.
Compliance with International Standards
We strongly encourage authors to ensure their work is original and that all references are properly cited in accordance with ethical publishing standards. Additionally, authors are responsible for writing their papers in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English while adhering to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
