2. AI PROCESSING AND IMAGE DATA

The app provides two image-related features.

Profile Avatar

Users may optionally select a photo from their device to use as their profile avatar.

Profile avatar images remain stored locally on the user's device only. They are never uploaded to our servers, never transmitted to OpenAI or any other AI service provider, and are not used for AI processing, facial recognition, biometric identification, authentication, or identity verification.

AI Role Creation

Users may optionally select an image from their photo library to create an AI Role.

The selected image is securely transmitted directly to the OpenAI API over an encrypted HTTPS connection solely to generate the AI character profile and personality requested by the user.

The image is not used for facial recognition, biometric identification, authentication, identity verification, profiling, tracking, or any other biometric purpose.

Our application does not permanently store uploaded images on our own servers.

Uploaded images are used only to fulfill the user's AI request and are not sold, shared for advertising or marketing purposes, or used to train our own AI models.

Before an image is transmitted for AI processing, users are informed how the image will be processed and must explicitly confirm before continuing.

Profile avatar images remain stored locally on the user's device until changed or removed by the user.

When retention is no longer necessary, information will be deleted or anonymized where applicable.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have unintentionally collected information from minors, we will promptly delete such information.
