Techtenstein Services Pvt Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") operates the AI Fertility and Period Tracking mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, retention, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.
1. Information Collection and Use
We collect several types of information to provide and improve our Service.
A. Personal Data
While using our App, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including:

- First name and last name
- Health and physical data (cycle dates, period flow, symptoms, basal body temperature, mood, sleep, stress, weight and BMI, medication and supplement logs, and fertility or intimacy entries you choose to record)
B. Usage Data
We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"), including your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type, unique device identifiers, operating system, and diagnostic data.
2. Health Data Privacy (Sensitive Information)
Because the App tracks fertility, period, and related health data, we treat this data as sensitive:
- Non-Disclosure: We never sell or rent your health data.
- No Advertising Use: Your health data is never shared with advertising networks and is never used to personalize ads.
- Purpose: Health data is used solely to provide cycle predictions, fertility and ovulation estimates, and AI-driven insights inside the App.
- Control: You can view, edit, or delete your health data at any time in the App, and you can delete your entire account as described in Section 5.
3. AI Features and Processing
The App includes AI-driven features such as the AI Health Assistant and cycle analysis. To generate these insights, relevant health and cycle data you enter is processed by [our own servers / a third-party AI provider, [provider name]].
