Use of the Service: AI Comic Maker & Manga Creator provides tools to generate sequential art, manga, and avatars using artificial intelligence. You agree to use this service for lawful purposes only. You are solely responsible for the text prompts and photos you submit. You must not use the app to generate or promote content that is illegal, offensive, harassing, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases: To access premium features, we offer auto-renewing subscription plans, which may include weekly, monthly, or annual options. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by navigating to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription.
Intellectual Property: You retain all ownership rights to the original text prompts and photos you provide. By using the app, you grant us a temporary license to process these inputs solely for the purpose of generating your requested artwork.
Limitation of Liability: The application and its AI-generated outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the AI will always produce flawless or completely accurate results. We shall not be held liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
