AI Cheer (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Cheer uses, how it is handled, and what choices you have when using the app.
AI Cheer is designed to keep your data private.
Videos used for scoring are processed entirely on your device. Your videos do not get uploaded to our servers, and we do not have access to them. We cannot view, store, or retrieve your videos.
AI Cheer may use the following information to provide app functionality:
Cheer videos that you record or select for analysis
Profile information such as your name or profile details, if you choose to enter them
Scores and analysis results generated by the app
Purchase status related to subscriptions or in-app purchases handled by Apple
This information is used only to operate the app’s features, including:
analyzing cheer videos and generating scores
displaying your profile information inside the app
saving your scores and app data on your device
unlocking paid features through Apple’s in-app purchase system
providing support if you contact us directly
Your cheer videos are private.
Videos are processed locally on your device
Videos are not uploaded to our servers
Videos are not stored by us
Videos are not accessible to us
Videos are not shared with us
Videos are not sold
Videos are not used for advertising
Videos are not used for tracking
If you choose to share a video to social media or another platform, that sharing is started by you and controlled by the platform you choose.
Some information may be stored locally on your device so the app can function properly.
This may include:
your profile name or profile details
your scores
app preferences
local history related to your use of the app
This information stays on your device unless you choose to share something yourself.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled by Apple.
We do not collect or store your full payment card information. Apple may collect and process payment-related information according to Apple’s own systems and policies.
AI Cheer does not collect the following for our own use:
your videos
precise location data
contact lists
advertising identifiers for ad targeting
tracking data across apps or websites
personal information for sale to third parties
AI Cheer may request access to your:
Camera, so you can record cheer videos in the app
Photo Library, so you can select existing videos for scoring or save content when you choose
This access is used only to provide the app’s core features.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.
We do not receive your private cheer videos. Videos remain on your device unless you personally choose to share them.
AI Cheer is intended for users age 13 and older.
If you believe a child has provided information in violation of this policy, please contact us and we will review the issue.
You can delete your app data at any time inside the app by going to:
Profile → Delete All Data
Using this option removes locally stored AI Cheer data from your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the Effective Date above.
