Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using AI Cartoon
Generator & Avatar ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you
agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you
and Mohamed Yamani ("Developer"). If you do not agree to these terms,
do not use the App.

2. License
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in
accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Upload photos of other people without their explicit consent
- Generate content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any law

3. Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Weekly Plan
- Monthly Plan
- Yearly Plan
Subscription details:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the
end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account
settings at any time
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you
purchase a subscription
To cancel: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.

4. Free Tier
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
The App provides a limited number of free AI cartoon generations. After
exhausting your free quota, a subscription is required to continue
generating cartoons. The free tier includes watermarked outputs and
limited style access.

5. User Content
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you
grant us a temporary license to process it through our AI service solely
for the purpose of generating your cartoon avatar.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any
photo you upload. Do not upload photos of other people without their
consent.

6. AI-Generated Content

Cartoon avatars are generated using artificial intelligence (OpenAI).
Results may vary and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the
accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs.

7. Advertisements
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
The free tier of the App displays advertisements provided by Google
AdMob. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of ads.
Pro subscribers do not see interstitial advertisements during generation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or
implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free,
or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the
possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be
posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after
changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
