The Application provides nutrition and general wellness functionality.

Analyzing meals submitted by you;

Certain features of the Application allow you to photograph food using your Device camera or select food images from your Device.

The Application does not require continuous camera access for nutrition analysis and does not intentionally access your camera in the background when you are not using a camera-related feature.
You may deny or revoke camera or photo permissions through your Device settings. If you do so, features that require those permissions may not function.
AI Calories: Calorie Counter may use automated image analysis, machine learning, artificial intelligence technologies, or third-party technical service providers to analyze food images submitted by users.
When you actively request food analysis, a food image and information necessary to process the request may be transmitted to servers or technical service providers used to perform the requested image analysis.
This processing may be used to:
Identify food contained in an image;
Estimate food type or ingredients;
Estimate portion-related information;
Calculate or estimate calories;
Estimate protein, carbohydrates, and fat; and
Generate nutrition information displayed to you.
Any third-party AI, cloud, or technical service provider used by the Application is expected to process information only as necessary to provide its services or as otherwise disclosed in its applicable privacy terms.
The Company remains responsible for ensuring that third-party services integrated into the Application are used consistently with applicable Google Play requirements and applicable privacy laws.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate and should be treated as estimates rather than verified nutritional or medical information.
The Application may automatically collect certain information when you use it.

Device model;
Device manufacturer;
Operating system and version;
Application version;
Screen resolution;
Device or application identifiers;
Advertising identifiers, where permitted;
IP address;
Approximate geographic information derived from IP address;

Health and nutrition information such as meal photos, saved meal history, calorie logs, or nutrition records is not sold by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider does not intentionally provide meal photos or saved nutrition logs to advertising providers for the purpose of independently creating advertising profiles based on a user's health condition.
Advertising personalization, where available, may depend on user consent, Device settings, geographic region, applicable law, and the settings of the advertising provider.
Users may be able to limit advertising personalization through their Device or Google account settings.
The Application may use analytics and crash-reporting technologies, such as Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
These services help us:
Understand how users interact with the Application;
Identify features that are frequently used;

Payments made through Google Play are processed by Google Play's payment systems.
The Service Provider does not store complete payment card credentials.

Nutrition information generated from food images is based on automated analysis and estimation.
Actual calorie and nutrient content can differ from the estimates displayed by the Application due to factors including:
Portion size;
Ingredients;
Food preparation method;
Cooking method;
Hidden ingredients;
Food brand;
Image quality;
Camera angle;
Lighting;
Food visibility; and
Limitations of automated or AI-based image analysis.
The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of nutrition estimates.
Results should not be used as the sole basis for medical, diagnostic, or treatment decisions.
The Application does not guarantee weight loss, weight gain, health improvement, fitness outcomes, or any other particular result.
If you have a medical condition, food allergy, dietary restriction, eating disorder, metabolic condition, pregnancy-related nutritional need, or other health concern, seek guidance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making health or dietary decisions based on information provided by the Application.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider immediately.
Use of the Application does not create a doctor-patient, dietitian-patient, healthcare provider-patient, or other professional healthcare relationship between you and the Service Provider.
Information provided through the Application is for general informational and wellness purposes and should not be interpreted as personalized medical advice.
The Service Provider does not knowingly use the Application to solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.
The Application is not directed toward children under 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
