No Server Uploads: AI Background Remover performs all background removal operations 100% locally on your device using embedded on-device machine learning models (TensorFlow Lite).
No Image Storage on Remote Servers: None of your photos, camera captures, or edited cutouts are ever uploaded to, transmitted across, or stored on external cloud servers or databases.
Local Storage & History: Processed images are saved only within your device’s local private storage (to maintain your recent project history) or your public gallery (Pictures/BackgroundRemover) when you explicitly click "Save". You can delete this data at any time by clearing the application data or uninstalling the app.
A. Personal Information
We do not require any registration, email sign-up, phone number, or personal identity details to use this application. We do not collect or harvest your name, contacts, or location.
B. Camera and Storage Permissions
The app requests the following system permissions purely to execute its core features:
Camera (android.permission.CAMERA): Required only if you choose to take a real-time photo to remove its background. Camera data remains in temporary local cache and is never sent off your device.
Photo Picker / Storage: Used to allow you to select an image from your device and save the exported transparent PNG to your gallery.
To keep this app free, we display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
Google AdMob may collect and use certain non-personal device information to serve ads and comply with analytics requirements, including:
Device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID).
Approximate network/connection state.
App interaction data and crash diagnostics.

Our application does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. The on-device processing guarantees that no child's likeness or photograph is gathered, stored, or processed on remote systems.
Because all image manipulation and segmentation are performed strictly locally in your device's runtime environment, your media remains private and under your complete control. Temporary files created for sharing purposes are stored in your device's secure internal cache directory and are purged automatically or upon clearing cache.
