IV. AI Processing and Server Infrastructure
To provide AI-based image generation and enhancement features, the App may transmit photos selected by the user to our secure servers for processing.
When you upload a photo to use AI generation, filters, or enhancement features, the image you select may be transmitted securely to our servers for processing. This processing is required due to the high computational resources needed for AI generation.
All AI processing is processed locally on your device or on infrastructure owned, operated, or directly controlled by APERO TECHNOLOGIES GROUP PTE. LTD. We do not use external third-party AI providers to process your photos. Your photo is used solely to generate the requested result and is not used for identification, profiling, or biometric recognition. We do not sell, transfer, or disclose your photos to any external AI provider, data broker, or advertising network.
Cloud infrastructure providers (such as AWS, Google Cloud, or similar hosting providers) may store data temporarily as part of providing server infrastructure. These providers act only as data processors under our instructions and are contractually required to provide data protection equal to or greater than the protection described in this Privacy Policy.
Images are transmitted using secure encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and are stored only temporarily for processing.
User photos are used only to perform the requested AI generation and are deleted after processing is complete.

This app requires permission to save edited or generated images directly to your photo library. This ensures that users have full control over the storage and management of their images. The app will not alter, delete, or access any other files in your library without explicit authorization.

This app requests permission to send push notifications to deliver important updates, feature announcements, reminders, and personalized recommendations. Notifications are sent in compliance with Apple’s guidelines, and users can manage or disable notifications at any time in their device settings.

Face data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is not shared with any third-party AI providers, advertising networks, or data brokers. We do not retain facial data beyond this limited processing period.
No face data is saved to disk, cache, or any persistent storage at any point during processing.
